Wedding Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Once confirmed, your wedding date will be reserved and I will begin planning and preparing for your day.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date. If the final balance is not received by the due date, I reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the booking fee will remain non-refundable.
Cancellation Terms
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible in writing.

The 50% booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it secures your wedding date and covers the time and preparation involved in your booking.

If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the wedding date, when the final balance has already been paid, no refund will be issued.

If cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the wedding date, any payments made beyond the non-refundable booking fee will be refunded.
If you need to change your wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the new date, subject to my availability.
If I am available on your new date, your booking fee can be transferred. If I am unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the booking fee will remain non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to serious illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, every effort will be made to recommend an alternative content creator where possible.
If I am unable to fulfil your booking, all payments you have made, including your booking fee, will be refunded in full.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Where possible, I will work with you to reschedule your booking.
